  • Do sessions rollover to the next month?

    Unfortunately, no. All sessions are paid upfront, whether they are a one-time purchase or recurring subscription. If clients are unsure of what tier to book, we suggest starting at our Bronze tier and working their way up each time — if clients feel they need more sessions.

  • What are the different tiers for memberships?

    There are 3 tiers: bronze, silver, and gold. Each tier represents a certain number of sessions and price. Our best offer is our Lab Membership, where members are able to access all areas of our 10,000 sq. ft. facility during specific hours of the week.

  • What services does the Lab offer?

    We offer a range of services for baseball and softball players of all ages and skill levels, including: Hitting tunnels for individual and team practice, bullpen sessions for pitchers, pitching machine for consistent practice, strength and conditioning in our fully equipped weight area, video review services for pitching mechanics, open field area, and camps.

  • Do I need to commit to a long-term subscription?

    No, all memberships are monthly subscriptions. Clients can cancel their subscription any time. Clients are notified 7 days prior to their subscription renewal date.

  • Can I use my appointments any time?

    If you are purchasing a one-time session, then yes. However, if you are purchasing one of our tier-subscriptions, then we recommend spreading out your appointments throughout the month to fully receive the benefits and instruction from our coaches.

  • Why is there only pitching as an option right now?

    We are actively hiring and getting availability from our instructors. Wyatt “BullPenDoc” Jefferson already has clients for pitching lessons, therefore, we are starting out with pitching lessons. However, Lab Members are able to access the entire 10,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes hitting tunnels, weight area, open field area, and bullpen tunnels.
